Vendor Village offers a larger platform for SMEs, homegrown brands, and retailers to create immersive displays and sell their merchandise. It’s the ideal space for brands looking to reach a wide audience and sell mass-produced or official products.
- Who it’s for: Small to medium-sized businesses, homegrown brands, and vendors with larger retail needs.
- Products: Licensed merchandise, collectibles, apparel, accessories, and official products.
- Atmosphere: Retail-driven with more elaborate booths designed to handle larger crowds and product ranges.
- Location: Outdoors at Dubai Digital Park – Dubai Silicon Oasis.
- Note: Vendors should plan for limited or no additional storage outside their allocated space.

Terms and Conditions
- By participating, artists consent to their photos and displays being captured during the event and used for promotional purposes.
- Personal information provided during registration may be shared with (a) third-party providers, (b) business partners, and (c) affiliated companies within our corporate structure.
- Examples of data usage include customer support, marketing communications, and research and analysis.

- All applications are subject to review and approval by the organizers to ensure compliance with event guidelines.
Rules and Regulations
Event Guidelines
Attendance:
- Vendors must be present from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and are responsible for staffing their booths throughout the event.
- Late arrivals or absences may affect future participation.
Setup and Cleanup:
- Setup must be completed by 2:00 PM prior to the start of the first day. Early teardown requires pre-approval.
- Vendors are required to clean their spaces and remove all materials at the end of the event.
- Vendors are encouraged to creatively utilize their space while adhering to safety and space limitations.
- Note: Storage space may or may not be available. Vendors should prepare to manage their inventory at their booth space.
Responsibility:
- Vendors are responsible for any damages to the venue or rented facilities (gazebo, tables, shelving).
- Organizers are not liable for theft, loss, or damage to merchandise during the event.
Sales and Conduct:
- Approved Goods Only:
- Vendors may sell pre-approved products and merchandise. No unauthorized or unapproved items are permitted.
- Counterfeit and Prohibited Items:
- The sale of counterfeit products or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.
- Conduct:
- Vendors are expected to maintain professional conduct. Disruptive behavior or non-compliance with event policies will result in immediate expulsion.
Space Usage and Display:
- Vendors may use banners, shelving, and larger product displays within their designated gazebo space.
- All display elements must be stable and secure to prevent accidents.
