Neo-Tokyo District, delivered in collaboration with Uprizing Events Management, is a curated retail zone within GameExpo designed for established anime and pop culture brands. Created to offer strong visibility and direct audience engagement, the district brings together merchandise, collectibles, apparel, and specialty products in a high-footfall festival environment.

Selection is done on a first come, first serve basis.

Venue Wi-Fi will be available in DWTC; however, GameExpo is not responsible for poor signal.

Table sharing is not allowed.

There needs to be a representative available on-site during all festival operational hours. (21st of May between 8 AM - 6 PM, 22nd of May between 2 PM to 12 AM, 23 - 24th of May between 12 PM to 12 AM)

Spaces are not transferable.

Proxy/Agented sales are not permitted.

A Trade License will be required to acquire a table. If unavailable, a valid government issued ID will be required instead.

All item storage is the responsibility of the Vendor.

GameExpo management will require the high-resolution brand logos, vendor description and an image of the vendor's products at least 3 weeks prior to the commencement of the event.

Terms and Conditions

Neo-Tokyo District payments are not refundable. If you need to cancel, GameExpo will not be issuing any refunds.

No refunds. All sales are final. In order to avoid any confusion, payment information will be provided directly to Artists whose applications have been approved to confirm their space via platinum list.

For your protection, no table space payments will be accepted without prior approval.

Vendors will select their preferred table location during payment. While placements are expected to remain as selected, the organizers reserve the right to adjust assignments if necessary for operational, safety, or layout considerations.
Prohibited List

Any item that infringes on the laws and regulations of the UAE.

Re-selling original Merchandise without permission (Action Figures, Comic Books).

Re-selling of Signed Merchandise.

F&B (including pre-packaged items)

Unlicensed, "Knockoff," or "bootleg" merchandise of any kind is forbidden and grounds for immediate expulsion.

Videos recorded on homemade DVDs; pirated copies of any titles that have been released commercially.

No industrial machines, aerosol cans, airbrushes, wood burners, etchers, or any other supplies or equipment that could be potentially harmful, dangerous or noisy.

If it's a cosmetic, it has to be regulated by DHA.

If it's a drug (like caffeinated soap), it has to be regulated by DHA.

No real weapons will be permitted within the premises, only imitation weapons can be sold between the 22nd of May to 24th of May. No imitation weapons can be sold during the education day (21st of May).
