tabletop.me is the first large-scale convention in the Middle East dedicated to the world of tabletop gaming, bringing together board games, card games, RPGs, artists, designers, and communities from across the region and beyond.
Uprizing is collaborating with tabletop.me to support the event by providing game masters, ushers, and staffing throughout the convention. Our role is to help create a seamless and enjoyable experience for attendees, from teaching games and guiding participants to managing different areas of the event. This collaboration ensures that everyone, from casual players to dedicated fans, can focus on what matters most: enjoying the games and connecting with the tabletop community in a fun and welcoming environment.

Details for Game Masters:

Participants must be 16 years or older.​

Total compensation of AED 700 for the full 3-day event, along with AED 300 in gift vouchers from Back to Games.

Food will be provided (1 meal on Friday, 2 meals on Saturday & 2 on Sunday).

Water will always be available.

A shuttle bus will run from key locations in Dubai such as Downtown.

Free parking is available at the venue.
Terms and Conditions

You are committing to participate for all three event days (November 7–9, 2025), including any required setup or briefing sessions.

You agree to arrive on time for your assigned shifts and remain for the full duration unless otherwise approved by the coordination team.

You will follow instructions from the Uprizing and tabletop.me team to ensure a smooth and safe event experience for all attendees.

You understand that this is a team effort, and reliability is essential. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect future opportunities to participate.

You are responsible for conducting yourself in a professional and respectful manner with both attendees and fellow team members.

Meals, water, and breaks will be provided, but you are expected to manage your time responsibly during the event.

Uprizing Events Management and tabletop.me are not liable for personal belongings or any incidents outside the scope of assigned responsibilities.

Your personal information will be used for event coordination purposes by Uprizing and tabletop.me, and may be shared with official event partners when necessary to fulfill organizational requirements. It will not be shared with unrelated third parties without your consent.
