Supporting Schools and Universities Through Gaming and Events

Why We're Doing This

Uprizing has proudly supported student clubs from both schools and universities, including AUS, through our gaming setups and event equipment.

This program was created to make that process simple, transparent, and sustainable. It allows student organizers to easily request our support while helping us maintain and expand this initiative for future events.

What We Provide

We offer a range of gaming and entertainment setups, including:
🎮 PlayStation and Nintendo Switch stations
🕹️ Arcade machines
📺 Monitors, headsets, and related accessories

All equipment is maintained, tested, and event-ready.

There are no rental costs, only a basic logistical contribution to cover transportation, setup, and maintenance.

The minimum logistics contribution is AED 500 (+VAT)
The amount may vary depending on the number of items, type of equipment, event duration, and whether staff support is required

This contribution helps us keep the program running and ensures that all equipment remains in good condition for future school and university events.

In Return

We’re happy to offer this support without any rental fees.

All we ask in return are a few small gestures that help us continue providing this initiative for more schools and universities:

Include our logo with the tagline “In collaboration with Uprizing” on event posters or flyers
Mention @uprizing.ae in event captions and stories
Encourage attendees to follow Uprizing on social media to stay connected with future opportunities
Post one thank-you story or short video showing the event or setups
Share a few photos or videos from the event with us afterward
Display a QR code at your event that links to our registration page, allowing attendees to sign up for future Uprizing opportunities
If you enjoyed working with us, help connect Uprizing to your school or university’s student affairs or events team for future collaborations where we can officially participate as a partner

These small actions help keep this program sustainable and allow us to continue supporting more student communities across the UAE.

Terms and Conditions

To keep everything fair and clear:

Equipment must be handled with care and used only for the approved event
Any lost or damaged items must be compensated by the organizing club or school
Logistics contributions are to be settled before the event date
Equipment availability depends on prior bookings
Equipment must be returned immediately after the event unless otherwise agreed
