• No Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Arrival & Departure: Participants must arrive on time for setup and remain until the event ends. Early departure is not permitted.

• Table Assignment: Tables will be pre-assigned by the organizers and cannot be changed on the event day.
