​​​ SPACE CONTRACT WITH TERMS AND CONDITIONS

-> Exhibitors must be present at the event venue on time during official event hours.

 

-> Exhibitors must not damage or tamper with the venue’s or organizers’ facilities. Any damage caused will be the exhibitor’s responsibility, including to the table, chair, floor, or general venue property.

 

-> The organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to the exhibitor’s items, artwork, or equipment during the event.

 

-> Selling counterfeit, copied, or unlicensed products is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate removal from the event and possible legal action.

 

-> Any exhibit or item deemed inappropriate by the organizers will be removed. All decisions made by the organizers are final.

 

-> Exhibitors are permitted to sell only their own original creative work or officially licensed merchandise. If an exhibitor is found selling stolen artwork or unauthorized items, they risk immediate removal from the event without refund.

 

-> Please ensure that your setup and belongings do not block pathways, entrances, or other exhibitors’ spaces.

 

-> Items such as weapons, sharp or dangerous objects, or steel props are not permitted for sale or display. If found, organizers will request removal; failure to comply may result in confiscation and potential reporting to authorities.

 

-> Prior approval must be obtained if you intend on having raffles, competitions and any

   entertainment activities. A fine will be imposed to exhibitors who will do any of these

   activities without permissions

 

-> Exhibitors showcasing video games must display a visible disclaimer if any R-rated or mature content is featured, to inform attendees appropriately.

 

-> Exhibitors must notify the organizers in advance of any additional requirements such as electricity, extra chairs, or other setup needs.

-> By registering for this event, exhibitors acknowledge and agree that their information (including name, brand name, and contact details) may be shared with event organizers, venue partners, and sponsors for operational or promotional purposes related to the event.
